Handmade Returns and Exchanges

We accept all returns and exchanges on The Parlour 'HANDMADE' products (Please note, all sales are final on our vintage clothing)

We hope you love your new garment! If you are unhappy for any reason, or in need of a different size, please contact us directly via phone call 530-277-2493 or email us at LOVETHEPARLOUR@YAHOO.COM.

You have 7 days to initiate a return or exchange from the date an order is delivered. We will not accept the item if it has been worn or is missing its original hang tag. All returns must be sent back within 20 days of receiving your return shipping label.

Please ensure that your piece is packed in a way that will protect it for the return journey.

Exchanges are limited to availability.

Returns will receive a credit for 100% of the value of the returned item. Your store credit will never expire and can be used towards any HANDMADE piece on our website or in our showroom, located in Fair Oaks, Ca.
